For Executive Director-

• The applicants should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

For General Manager-

• The candidates must have an ICAI/ICWAI/MBA(Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
• The applicants should be a Member of any organized Group- ‘A’ Finance/Accounts-related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government.

For Executive Director-

• The applicant must have 17 years of service in Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500)/ (pre-revised) PB-3 (Rs. 15600–39100) with a grade pay of Rs. 5400/-or equivalent level post or higher on a regular basis, out of which a cumulative experience of 10 years in the implementation of infrastructure sectors related to highways, Roads and bridges.

For General Manager-

• The applicant must have 14 years of experience in the Pay Level-10 (pre-revised Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-) or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years experience in Financial Accounting/Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Fund Management/ Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.

Tenure for National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Recruitment 2023:

The applicants will be appointed on a contract and deputation basis, as per the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Recruitment 2023.

• The selected candidates on a contract basis will be appointed for a period of 02 years, which can be extended further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years. 
• The selected candidates on a deputation basis will be appointed for a period of 03 years, which can be extended further up to the permissible limit, with the approval of the Competent Authority.
