For Chief General Manager (Legal)-

• The candidate should have a degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience –

• The candidate should have 17 years of service as Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which 07 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

For General Manager (Finance)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI / ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; OR
• The candidate should be Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State.
  Government; AND

Experience –

• The candidate should have 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600- Rs.39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ InternalAudit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.

For General Manager (Land Acquisition and Estate Management)-

• The candidate should have a Degree from a recognized University/ Institute; and

Experience –

• The candidate should have 14 years of experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which at least 05 (five) years experience in handling land acquisition matters

Salary for National Highways Authority Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of National Highways Authority Recruitment 2024, the salary is given below:

For Chief General Manager (Legal)-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of PB-4 (Rs. 37400-Rs. 67000) with Grade Pay Rs.10000 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC.

For General Manager (Finance)-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Level-13 (Rs. 123100-Rs. 215900) / (prerevised) PB-4 (Rs.37400-Rs. 67000) with Grade Pay Rs. 8700.

For General Manager (Land Acquisition and Estate Management)-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of PB-4 (Rs.37400-Rs. 67000) with GP of Rs. 8700 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-13 (Rs.123100-Rs. 215900) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

For Hindi Translator-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of PB-2 (Rs.9300- Rs. 34800) with GP of Rs.4800 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC.

For Junior Hindi Translator-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of PB-2 (Rs.9300- Rs. 34800) with GP of Rs.4200 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC.
