National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023: The National Housing Bank (NHB), New Delhi has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for 02 Posts 01) Senior Project Finance Officer (Sr PFO) and 02) Project Finance Officer (PFO) on Contractual Engagement Basis with 40 Vacancies to be filled up vide the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued on 14.04.2023. According to the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued Eligible Candidates with Individual Interest in both Posts 01) Senior Project Finance Officer and 02) Project Finance Officer on Contractual Engagement Basis may apply Online.

I) Senior Project Finance Officer Post:
Fixed Compensation: Rs 3.50 Lac Per Month.
Note*: In case of Outstation Duty, Travelling and Halting Allowances will be as applicable to TEG Scale-VI Cadre (IBA Scale).
II) Project Finance Officer Post:
Fixed Compensation: Rs 2.50 Lac Per Month.
Note*: In case of Outstation Duty, Travelling and Halting Allowances will be as applicable to TEG Scale-IV Cadre (IBA Scale).
Based on the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit should be as follows:
Age Limit: Not to exceed 56 Years.
According to the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Minimum Educational Qualifications prescribed for Senior Project Finance Officer and Project Finance Officer are hereunder:
i) Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline.
ii) CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
Experience:
Senior Project Finance Officer: Minimum 15 Years’ Working Experience, out of which Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in handling Credit/Project Finance.
Project Finance Officer: Minimum 10 Years’ Working Experience, out of which Minimum 05 Years’ Experience in handling Credit/Project Finance.
The Selection on both Posts; 01) Senior Project Finance Officer and 02) Project Finance Officer Posts the will be based on Shortlisting and Interview to carried out by the Selection-cum-Screening Committee.
The Selection-cum-Screening Committee shall prepare Merit List for Selection of Appropriately Suitable Candidates for 01) Senior Project Finance Officer and 02) Project Finance Officer Posts in descending order on the basis of the Marks/Scores obtained in Interview.
TIE Resolving Methodology: In case more than One Candidate having Scored the Cut-off Marks (Common Marks at Cut-off Point), such Candidates will be ranked according to their Individual Age in descending order, in the Merit.
Contractual Terms: The Candidates selected for the Posts 01) Senior Project Finance Officer and 02) Project Finance Officer shall be engaged Initially for 03 Years, which is likely to be extended for a Maximum Term of 05 Years or 62 Years’ Age, Whichever being Earlier (subject to Annual Review).

01) Un-Reserved Category: Rs.850 (Including Intimation Charges)
