Eligibility for the Post of GM Project: 

Qualification:

Candidates should possess B.Arch./B.Tech (Civil Engineering)/M.Plan/M.Tech (Civil Engineering)/ M.Arch degree to apply for this post.

Experience:

• More than 15 years of experience in Public/Private Sector undertaking in project construction, execution, and project management of large Building projects/structures.
• Such as large Commercial Buildings /Large Educational Museum/Science Complex/Building hub /Within 3 years in case of airports/ports etc.

Engagement period: Expandable for contract for 5 years and another 3 years on the basis of performance of candidates.

Pay Band: The company provides the salary of the appointed candidate approx. 2.91 lakhs per month and CTC around 35 lakhs per year.

Eligibility for the post of Manager ( Finance)

Qualification: Applicants must have a CA/MBA (Finance) degree to apply for this post.

Experience: More than 10 years of experience as a Financial Manager preferably from the infrastructure sector / Museum / Science Center etc.

Engagement period: Expandable for contract for 5 years and another 3 years on the basis of performance of candidates.

Pay Band: The company provides the salary of the appointed candidate approx. 1.66 lakhs per month and CTC around 20 lakhs per year.

Eligibility for the post of Conservator :

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Conservation from Institution of repute / Post Graduation with chemistry as one of the subjects along with diploma or certificate in the conservation of Art objects from NRLC or Institution of similar repute / Degree in Conservation of Antiquities.
• Art objects or objects of antiquarian value from National Museum Institute or Institution of similar repute and duly recognized by the State or the Central Government.

Experience:

• Five years of working experience as a conservator in a museum of repute, dealing in the conservation of Art objects or Antiquities of different nature or working as a Conservator in the Heritage Sector.

Engagement period: Expandable for contract for 5 years and another 3 years on the basis of performance of candidates.

Pay Band: The company provides the salary of the appointed candidate approx. 1.25 lakhs per month and CTC around !5 lakhs per year.

Eligibility for the post of GM (Marketing & Digital Tech.):

Qualification: BE in any stream / Master’s in science, arts or commerce.

Experience: More than 15 years of experience as Marketing Manager preferably in infrastructure sector/museums/science city large scale event managements with 05 years as the head of the department

Engagement period: Expandable for contract for 5 years and another 3 years on the basis of performance of candidates.

Pay Band: The company provides the salary of the appointed candidate approx. 2.91 lakhs per month and CTC around 35 lakhs per year.

Eligibility for the Post of  Digital Technologies Manager:

Qualification :

Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science (equivalent to M.Tech (CS) from a recognized University / Institution OR Engineering Degree with any one of the following from a recognized University / Institution

i. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science
ii. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application
iii. Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology OR

Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution OR Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution OR Master’s Degree in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operations Research/Electronics with any one of the following from a recognized University/Institution

i) Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology
ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science
iii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application

Experience: 10 years of experience in the related field with large-scale content management systems and implementation of digital technologies.

Engagement period: Expandable for contract for 5 years and another 3 years on the basis of performance of candidates.

Pay Band: The company provides the salary of the appointed candidate approx. 1.66 lakhs per month and CTC around 20 lakhs per year.

Eligibility for the post of Marketing Manager:

Qualification: BE in any stream / Master’s in science, arts, or commerce.
