Age Limitation for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the mentioned position should be 45 years. 

Qualification for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications are mentioned below-

• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a specialization in Finance with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountants.
• Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working in the appropriate level are exempted from these educational qualifications.
• Further, applicants from the Central Govt./ Armed Forces of the Union/ All India Services, will also be exempted from the educational qualifications.

Experience for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

The candidate’s required experience is given below, as mentioned in the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023.

• The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management / Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
• Applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.
• ‘The relevant experience’ in respect of applicants from Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Remuneration for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000 (IDA).

Tenure for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s appointment will be for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 

Mode of Selection for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidate’s selection will be based on an interview. The board reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interviews. All correspondence with the Public Enterprises Selection Board should be addressed to the secretary, the public enterprises selection board only.

According to the official notification of NBCC Recruitment 2023, qualified and interested applicants are required to fill out the online application form available on the PESB website and send it to the Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, block no. 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the closing date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated date shall be REJECTED.

• The closing date for nodal officers to forward applications to PESB is 08-01-2024. 
• The last date for submission of applications by the applicants is 28-12-2023.
