Candidates applying for this job post should have a Graduate case of Officers belonging to the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) OR Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accounting (CMA) Candidates with an MBA/ Post Graduation Diploma with a specialization in Finance or its equivalent.
Candidates should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above). Experience in Railway construction projects, PPP Projects, Projects funded by Multilateral/ Bilateral Agencies, handling FIDIC-based tenders, vetting of estimates, contracts, variations, etc. Experience in Indian Railways including Railway CPSEs / Metro Rail Organizations will be preferred.
