NCRTC Recruitment 2023: National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture of Govt of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P., currently seeking highly qualified professionals for the post of Group General Manager/ Chief Project Manager (Civil). As per the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official statement, the organisation will appoint interested and eligible candidates on a deputation or immediate absorption basis. The hiring will be made for three (03) available vacancies. Candidates above the age of 55 years will not be considered for this engagement. The candidates who are CPSEs/PSUs/State Govt. officers should possess a maximum of 20 years of post-qualification experience.
In accordance with the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official announcement, the candidate should have a range of experience working on significant infrastructure projects for the Railways, Metro Railways, PSUs, Government, and Government Instrumentalities, with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in contract management and the construction of bridges, highways, viaducts, tunnels, and flyovers, among other things. Candidates who are interested and eligible to register for available posts must ensure meeting their credentials before applying. They are requested to submit their application forms along with the required documents (recent passport-sized photograph & signature, scanned signature and scanned copies of the supporting documents) in the proper format by visiting the career section page of the official website on or before the 18th October 2023. Candidates who are applying on deputation should submit their No Objection, Vigilance/ DAR clearance documents.

Applicants will be hired for the following open positions, based on the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official notification.
As stated in the attached official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, candidates shouldn’t be above 55 years of age to be eligible for the available position on both deputation or immediate absorption terms.
According to the official NCRTC Recruitment 2023 notice, Candidates must hold the following experience and qualifications.
As given in the official notification of NCRTC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be offered a decent monthly remuneration in the segment which is Rs.2,80,000.
As regards the official NCRTC Recruitment 2023 notice, the officers/ candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifying criteria/experience in the relevant discipline and interview performance to determine their suitability in two different selection terms (On Immediate Absorption and Deputation).
According to the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the number of opening vacancies is subject to vary at any time during the selection process depending on the needs of the Project. Employees of the Central or State Government who wish to be deputised must meet the requirements outlined in the DoPT manual.
As per NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates who are shortlisted on immediate absorption terms must sign a surety bond for Rs. 2,000,000 plus GST and the cost of any specialised training. The employee must also pay the payment in lieu of short notice (along with service tax, if any), and they must agree to work for the corporation for a minimum of 02 (Two) years.
