NDMA Recruitment 2023: The Office of the Under-Secretary (Administration), National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) (Government of India) New Delhi has invited Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Contractual Engagement as a Consultant (Psycho-Social and Mental Health Support in Disaster Management) vide this NDMA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 26.07.2023. Remuneration Band: Rs.75,000.00 to 1,00,000.00 Per Month for Consultant. Remuneration in respect of retired Central Government Employee engage as a Consultant shall be regulated in accordance with the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E-III.A dated 09.12.2020.
As per the NDMA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limits fixed for Retired Government Employees is as follows:
I) For Retired Government Employees, the Upper Age Limit remains 62 Years.
II) 40 Years for the Candidates other than Retired Persons.
According to the NDMA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification with Post-Qualification Experience shall remain as hereunder:
Essential: Officers having Master’s Degree/Post Graduation Degree
in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Or any related Subject.
Desirable: Philosohiae Doctor (Ph.D)
Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 03-Years’ Experience.
Minimum 03-years’ Experience in providing Psycho-Social Support in Disaster or Humanitarian contexts.
Duration of Research Work (Doctor Philosophiae) shall be reckoned in Work Experience either actual duration or 05 years, whichever is lesser,
Selection on the Consultant (Psycho-Social and Mental Health Support in Disaster Management) Post shall be carried out through Personal Interaction and individual performance in Viva-voce.
