As informed by the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, an applicant is asked to apply for the position of Consultant ( Community Disaster Risk Reduction) in the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on a contractual basis. Age Limitation for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

Essential Qualification-

• The candidates should have a Master’s degree in the field of Social Science/ Science/ Disaster Management/ Two years PG Diploma in Disaster Management or a related discipline.

Desirable Qualification–

• The candidates should have Candidates with an M. Phil or PhD in a relevant field will be given more weightage in the process of selection.

Experience for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required experiences are mentioned below:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the area of CBDRR.
• The applicant must have worked with a government agency public/ private sector organization or an international agency in a role related to CBDRR.
• The applicant with knowledge, familiarity and exposure to CBDRR/ disaster management frameworks at various levels.
• The educational Both qualifications and work experience together must prove the credentials of the applicant as an established expert in the field.

Remuneration for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.75000 to Rs.100000 per month for Consultant. Remuneration, Allowances, Leave entitlement, and maximum terms of appointlnent in respect of retired central government Employees engaged as Senior consultants on a contract basis in NDN4A shall be regulated as per the provisions laid down in Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure o.M. No. 3-25/2020-E.I1I.A dated 09th December 2020.

Tenure for NDMA Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NDMA Recruitment 2023, the successful candidates will be given the contract for 01 year, which may be extended up to a maximum of another 02 years subject to satisfactory performance.
