NEET PG 2024: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG 2024) exam city allotment date has been postponed by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Exam city slips will be available for download by qualified applicants starting on 31st July at nbe.edu.in, the official website.
On 11th August 2024, the NEET PG test will be offered in two shifts. On 8th August 2024, the admit cards will be made available.
Only the name of the city where the test centres will be located will be listed on the exam city slip. The test centre’s address and other comprehensive details will be listed on the admit cards.
“All concerned candidates will now receive notification of their test city by email on July 31, 2024, at their registered email IDs, subsequent to the receipt of their preferred test city choices from NBEMS.”
The NEET PG 2024 examination is set to take place in two shifts on 11th August. The shift that the candidates have been assigned will be communicated by NBEMS through their admit card. The NEET PG 2024 admit card will be available on 8th August 2024, according to the official announcement.
Candidates were given the opportunity to submit their choice of test cities until 22nd July 2024. NBE is implementing additional security measures, and NEET PG will now be held in 185 test cities nationwide. It was permitted to submit the minimum of four test cities of its choice.
The Steps to Download NEET PG Exam City Intimation Slip 2024 are mentioned below.
The particular test center details will be published later on the admit card, which may be downloaded from the NBEMS website on 8th August 2024, even though the exam city notice will be accessible tomorrow.
The candidates’ selected preferences are used to generate a random selection for the test city allocation process. NBEMS notes, however, that due to capacity constraints, logistical issues, administrative demands, or security concerns, not every candidate may be assigned to their desired city. In these situations, the test center will be assigned by the board to the closest accessible location.
In the event that NBEMS is unable to appoint a test center in the candidate’s home state or a nearby state, it will designate a center anywhere in the nation, subject to capacity. Applicants will be assigned a center anywhere in India if they did not indicate their preference for a test city.
