NEPA Recruitment 2023: The North-Eastern Police Academy (NEPA), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, has called in Applications from the Police Officers under the Central Government/State Government and Armed Forces Personnel with the Desirable Eligibility for Deputation (ISTC)/Deputation/Re-Employment vide the NEPA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 06.06.2023. The NEPA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligible Officers to apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma.

Based on the NEPA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Appropriately Suitable Candidates post Selection shall be entitled to Monthly Remuneration as explained hereunder:
Pay Matrix Level: 13

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 56 Years
According to the NEPA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligibility for Joint Director Post mandates the Essential Criteria comprising Educational Qualification explained hereunder:
Joint Director, General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted Non-Ministerial in Pay Matrix Level 13 in North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw by Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis Armed Forces Personnel Deputation/Re-Employment.
I) By Deputation (ISTC) Basis:
Specific Requirements: Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territories Police Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous and Statutory Organizations:
i) Holding Analogous Post/Second-in-Command (21/C) in Level-13 of the Pay Matrix on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or
ii) With 05/10 Years’ Regular Service in the Post on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department in the Leve; 12/11
Educational Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree from the Accredited University Degree from any Duly Recognized University with 12-Years’ Experience (In General Administrative/ Operational Work, Including Organizational Training Activities.
For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation/Re-Employment
II) For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation/Re-Employment: The Armed Forces Personnel of the Colonel Rank or Equivalent, who are due to retire or Who to be transferred to Reserve within 01-Year’s Period and having the Requisite Experience and Qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such Persons would be given Deputation Terms up to the Date on which they are due for Release from the Armed Forces, thereafter, they be continued on Re-Employment.
Selection on the Investigating Expert (Consultant) shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interaction. Appropriately Suitable Officers post-Selection shall be issued Appointments.
