Gross emoluments will be approximately Rs. 88000 p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as coverage under the National Pension System governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment. The Officers are also entitled to the Company’s/ leased accommodation as per norms.
The term of appointment will be based on a Probation basis as per the official notification of the New India Insurance Recruitment 2024. A candidate appointed to the Company’s regular pay rolls as an officer will be placed on probation for a year after starting work. Two extensions of the probationary term, each lasting an additional six months and up to a year, are permitted.
