According to the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, there are 14 vacancies for the post of Young Professionals (Legal/ CA).

Qualification Required for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, the educational qualification required for the posts is as mentioned below:

Young Professionals (Legal):

• The candidates should have an LLB (From a recognized university/ institute) or a BA and LLB (05 years integrated course)

Desirable:

• LLM preferably in Corporate Law.
• The candidates should have experience in the domain area related to NFRA.

Young Professionals (CA):

• The candidates should have Chartered Accountants.

Experience Required for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, the experience according to the positions is as mentioned below:

Young Professionals (Legal):

• The candidates should have at least 01 year of post-qualification experience in Legal matters having excellent hands-on on in Legal Research, drafting of Petitions, Counter Affidavits, etc.
• The candidates must possess excellent computer skills in typing, MS Office, use of the Internet, search tools, etc.

Desirable:

• The candidates should have experience working in Government/ Statutory Bodies.

Young Professionals (CA):

• The candidates should have at least 01 year of post-qualification experience in fields relevant to NFRA- as part of an engagement team for statutory audit of companies or experience in finance and account functions of such companies.
• The candidates should have knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, the Standards on Auditing Companies Act, and internal financial control.

OR

• The candidates should have experience in equity analysis, credit appraisals, and project appraisals in bank financial institutions, and Rating Agencies. Experience in Regulatory Bodies will be desirable.

Desirable:

• The candidates should have knowledge of IT General controls and application and process controls.

Salary for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.70000 for the first year. The committee will enhance the monthly remuneration according to the candidate’s performance every year.

Tenure for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, the tenure will be based on a contractual basis for an initial period of 02 years, which may be extended by one year at a time up to a maximum tenure of five years (2+1+1+1) years.

Selection Procedure for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of NFRA Recruitment 2024, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and interviews/ personal interactions conducted by NFRA.
