Eligibility Criteria for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the eligibility criteria are mentioned below-

• Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering. And
• Candidates should be employed in the Central Government or a State Government Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under the law for the time being in force. And
• Candidates holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000-79000(6th CPC) / level 15 of pay matrix under 7th CPC. OR
• Candidates should have at least three years of regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with a pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs. 10000/- (6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC. OR
• Candidates should hold at least twenty-five years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with a pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs.5400/- (6th CPC) /level 10 of pay matrix under 7th CPC and above out of which at least one year’ regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs.10000/-(6th CPC)/ level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC. And
• Candidates should have eighteen years of experience in the field of Highway Engineering related to the implementation of the projects.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years and should be eligible for re-appointment for a further term of 02 years which may be extended for a further period of 02 years.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary at Level 15 of the Pay Matrix.
