National Highways Authority of India is looking for candidates holding a Degree from a recognised University/ Institute for the positions of General Manager (Administration) and Deputy General Manager (Administration). For the mentioned post, there are 04 openings.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the salary offered to the selected candidates is given below-

For General Manager (Administration)-

• The selected candidate will get a salary in PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level-13 (Rs.123100-215900) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

For Deputy General Manager (Administration)-

• The selected candidate will get a salary in PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level-12 (Rs.78800-209200) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below Qualification for NHAI Recruitment 2023.

For General Manager (Administration)-

• Candidate must hold a degree from a recognised University/ Institute.
• Candidate should have at least 14 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 or equivalent or higher out of which five years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

For Deputy General Manager (Administration)-

• Candidate must hold a degree from a recognised University/ Institute.
• Candidate should have at least 9 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 or equivalent or higher out of which four years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates willing to apply for NHAI Recruitment 2023 should not be more than 56 years.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the appointment is for 03 years, which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of the Chairman of NHAI.
