NHAI Recruitment 2023: The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking young talented and desirous candidates for the position of Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resources). The applicants must have a degree from a recognized University/Institute. The applicants must have 05 years’ experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

The shortlisted candidates for the position of Chief General Manager will be paid a monthly stipend of PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with grade pay of Rs.10000 (pre-revised), which is comparable to Pay Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC. As mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the applicants shall be chosen by deputation through the Search-cum-Selection Committee. In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the tenure of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or another organisation/department, shall typically be 03 years, which may be extended for a further period of 03 years. 01 year with the Chairman of the NHAI’s consent. Furthermore, following the fourth year and up to a maximum of 10 years with authorisation from the Ministry of Subject to good performance, road transport and highways will be provided.
