Experience:

• Candidates should have 14 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which five years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource /Personnel Management.

For Deputy General Manager (Administration):

• Candidates should have a Degree from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

• Candidates should have 9 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 or equivalent or higher out of which four years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the age of the candidates should not be more than 56 years old for both posts.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for these posts will get the following monthly salary:

For General Manager (Administration):

• Candidates who are selected for this post will get the monthly salary of PB-4 (Rs. 37400–6700) with Grade Pay Rs.8700 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level 13 (Rs. 123100–215900) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

For Deputy General Manager (Administration):

• Candidates who are selected for this post will get the monthly salary PB-3 (Rs. 15600–39100) with Grade Pay Rs. 7600 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level 12 (Rs. 78800–209200) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the nature of the appointment is deputation-based for a period of 03 years, which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Further, extension beyond the 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.
