NHAI Recruitment 2024: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is accepting online applications from suitable and desirous candidates for the post of Chief General Manager, General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Based on the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended for 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, of NHAI. There are 04 vacant seats available for the indicated posts. To be eligible to apply for the given post, the applicant must have a degree in law from a recognized University/ Institute.
The maximum age limit is not more than 56 years old to be eligible for NHAI Recruitment 2024. The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.67000. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements as mentioned in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024 can complete their online application through the official website of NHAI and submit the printout of the same duly filled application form along with the required documents to the GM (HR and Admin)-III, National Highways Authority of India, Plot No.G-5 and 6, Sector- 10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 on or before the last date. The online application has already started from 28.12.2023.
As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, there are 04 openings to be filled for the post of Chief General Manager, General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the legal department.
To apply for NHAI Recruitment 2024, the candidate should not be more than 56 years old.
Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2024:
The engagement is made on a deputation basis and the selected candidates for NHAI Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended for 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Further extension beyond 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.
The selected candidates for NHAI Recruitment 2024 will be provided a monthly salary as mentioned below-
The selected candidates for the post of Chief General Manager and General Manager will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.67000.
The selected candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.39100.
Qualification and Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2024:
The required qualifications and experience to apply for NHAI Recruitment 2024 are given below-
The candidate must have a degree in law from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience-
For Deputy General Manager-
The candidate must have 09 years experience in the pay scale of Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher, out of which 06 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration / legislative matters/land acquisition.
For Chief General Manager-
The candidate must have 17 years service as Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which 07 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.
For General Manager-
The candidate must have 14 years experience in the pay scale of Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher, out of which 07 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration / legislative matters/land acquisition.

Fill out the Online application by adding your personal details.
Once you entered all the above details, login into the system with the user ID and password that you received on your registered e-mail.
Fill in the form and attach all the scanned copies of colour passport-size photographs, digital signatures, essential educational/professional qualification(s), and promotion/appointment order(s), only in ‘jpg / ‘jpeg’ or ‘png’ or ‘gif’ ‘pdf’ image types not exceeding 1 MB, may be uploaded.
After filling out the application form, verify it by clicking on the ‘preview’ button to check whether all the information filled in by you is correct or not.

The applicant should take out a print of the ONLINE Application Form and get the same forwarded by forwarded by parent department of the applicant along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and photocopy of APARs/ACRs for the last five (05) years to the given address.
