NHB Recruitment 2023 for 35 Vacancies: Check Posts, Eligibility, and How to Apply
NHB Recruitment 2023: National Housing Bank (NHB) is seeking applications from eligible candidates for appointment to various posts viz. General Manager, Scale – VII, Deputy General Manager, Scale – VI, Assistant General Manager, Scale – V, Regional Manager, Scale – IV, Manager, Scale – III and Deputy Manager, Scale – II in various streams on regular basis and Chief Economist, and Protocol Officer on a contract basis. There are a total of 35 vacancies for the Posts. The age limit for all the posts shall range from 23 years to 64 years. As per the NHB Recruitment 2023 notification, the selection will be based on shortlisting and Interviews.
As per the NHB Recruitment 2023 advertisement, the candidate can apply online through the official website of NHB. Candidates are required to apply online through the NHB website from 14.01.2023 to 06.02.2023. No other mode of submission of the Application is accepted.

Qualification Required for NHB Recruitment 2023:
For the Role of General Manager (Project Finance)
The eligible candidate may be a Graduate in any discipline with Chartered Accountant
He/She should hold a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which a minimum of 12 years in handling credit/ project finance in Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – VI in PSBs / Grade D in AIFIs/equivalent in lending entities.
For the Post of Deputy General Manager (Project Finance):
The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which a minimum of 10 years in handling credit/project finance in Banks/FIs/regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – V in PSBs / Grade C in AIFIs/equivalent in lending entities.

Pay Scale for NHB Recruitment 2023:
For the Post of Deputy Manager, the candidate shall be placed at Pay Scale – II – 48170 – 1740/1 – 49910 – 1990/10 – 69810.
For the Role of Manager, the candidate will be placed at Pay Scale – III 63840 – 1990/5 – 73790 – 2220/2 – 78230.
For the Position of Regional Manager, the selected candidate will be placed at Pay Scale – IV – 76010 – 2220/4 – 84890 – 2500/2 – 89890.

Selection Process for NHM Recruitment 2023:
The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interviews. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfill the eligibility criteria is more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee will be carried out for short-listing eligible candidates to be called for the Interview.
the post of MGR and DM, if, in case, Bank receives a higher number of applications, Bank will conduct an online examination of the candidates as a qualifying test, and candidates clearing the cut-off shall be called for an interview. Selection will be on the basis of educational, professional qualification, post-qualification experience, and performance in the Interview.
The selected candidate will be appointed on contract. The period shall be initially for a period of 3 years, subject to yearly review, which can be extended for a maximum term of 5 years (one year at a time) or 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
The candidates belonging to the category of SC/ST/PwBD will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 175 (Intimation Charges only).
Other than SC/ST/PwBD, the candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 850 (Application Fee including Intimation Charges).
