NHB Recruitment 2023 for 35 Vacancies: Check Posts, Eligibility, Pay Scale, and How to Apply Till Feb 06

NHB Recruitment 2023: National Housing Bank (NHB), is inviting applications from eligible candidates for appointment to various posts viz. General Manager, Scale – VII, Deputy General Manager, Scale – VI, Assistant General Manager, Scale – V, Regional Manager, Scale – IV, Manager, Scale – III and Deputy Manager, Scale – II in various streams on regular basis and Chief Economist, and Protocol Officer on contract basis. According to NHB Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 35 vacancies for the Posts.

Eligible and Interested Candidates are required to apply ONLINE through the NHB website to apply for the given posts. The applications will be open from 14.01.2023 to 06.02.2023. No other mode of submission of the Application is accepted. No applications will be entertained after the closing date of receipt of applications.

Qualifications for NHB Recruitment 2023:

For General Manager (Project Finance):

Minimum Educational/Professional Qualifications:

The candidate should hold a Graduate in any discipline with Chartered Accountant.

Minimum Post-qualification Experience:

He/She should have a minimum 15 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which minimum 12 years in handling credit/ project finance in Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – VI in PSBs / Grade D in AIFIs/equivalent in lending entities.

For Deputy General Manager (Project Finance):

Minimum Educational/Professional Qualifications:

The candidate should hold a Graduate in any discipline with Chartered Accountant

Minimum Post-qualification Experience:

He/She should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which minimum 10 years in handling credit/project finance in Banks/FIs/regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – V in PSBs / Grade C in AIFIs/ equivalent in lending entities.

Pay Scale for NHB Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate shall be appointed and placed in the pay scale 48170 – 1740/1 – 49910 – 1990/10 – 69810 for the post of Deputy Manager.

The selected candidate shall be appointed and placed in the Pay Scale 63840 – 1990/5 – 73790 – 2220/2 – 78230 for the Post of Manager.

The selected candidate shall be appointed and placed in the pay scale 76010 – 2220/4 – 84890 – 2500/2 – 89890 for the post of Regional Manager.

Selection Procedure for NHB Recruitment 2023:

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfill the eligibility criteria are more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee will be carried out for short-listing eligible candidates to be called for the Interview. For the post of MGR and DM, if, in case, Bank receives a higher number of applications, Bank will conduct an online examination of the candidates as a qualifying test and candidates clearing the cut-off shall be called for an interview.

Duration for NHB Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 1 year of active service from the date of his/her joining the Bank which is extendable at the discretion of the Bank.

Application Fees for NHB Recruitment 2023:

For SC/ST/PwBD candidates will have to pay Rs. 175 (Intimation Charges only) and candidates belonging to other categories than SC/ST/PwBD are required to pay Rs. 850 (Application Fee including Intimation Charges)
