NHB Recruitment 2023: National Housing Bank (NHB) is inviting applications for the post of General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Regional Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager in various streams on regular basis and Chief Economist and Protocol Officer on a contract basis. As per the NHB Recruitment notification, there are total of 35 vacancies for these posts. Candidates who applied for the contract basis will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years

Candidates will be selected through shortlisting and Personal Interviews. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD have to pay Rs. 175 as an application fee and a candidate other than SC/ST/PwBD has to pay Rs. 850 as an application fee. Qualification Required for NHB Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the post of General Manager, Deputy General manager and Regional Manager should be graduated in any discipline with a chartered accountant. Candidates applying for the post of Assistant General Manager should have a graduation degree in computer science or equivalent. Candidates applying for the post of manager should have a graduation degree in law or a law graduate who has passed 5 years integrated law course from a recognized university in India. Candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager should have graduated in Engineering or above and be certified DB administrator preferably in MS SQL/ORACLE. Candidates applying for the post of Chief Economist should have A Master’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics from a recognized Indian/Foreign University. Candidates having a Doctorate degree in Economics / Banking / Finance from a recognized University will be given preference. Candidates applying for the post of Protocol Officer should have Graduated in any discipline from a recognized university/institution

Experience Required for NHB Recruitment 2023:

Candidate applying for the post of general manager should have Minimum 15 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which minimum 12 years in handling credit/project finance in Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – VI in PSBs/ Grade D in AIFIs/equivalent in lending entities. Candidate applying for the post of Deputy General Manager should have Minimum 12 years of experience in the Banks/ FIs/ regulated lending entities of which minimum 10 years in handling credit/project finance in Banks/FIs/regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – V in PSBs / Grade C in AIFIs/ equivalent in lending entities. Candidates applying for the post of Assistant General Manager should have The AGM (IT) shall have an overall 0ex0perience of at least 10 years in Banks, FIs, Regulatory bodies, and regulated lending entities, Large Corporates of which minimum 8 years shall be in the IT implementations, system design, ERP management, coding and testing of programs and the current post held by the candidate should be at Scale – IV in PSBs / Grade B in AIFIs/Regulatory Bodies.

Pay Scale for NHB Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for the post of General Manager will get a salary of pay scale VII, candidates selected for the post of Deputy General Manager will get a monthly salary of pay scale VI, candidates selected for the post of Assistant General Manager will get a monthly salary of pay scale V, candidates selected for the post of Regional Manager will get a monthly salary of pay scale IV, candidates selected for the post of Manager will get a monthly salary of pay scale III, and candidates selected for the post of Deputy Manager VII

Candidates selected for the post of Chief Economist will get a fixed salary of 3.75 lac in a year and variable pay of 1.25lac and candidates selected for the post of Protocol Officer will get a monthly salary of 75 thousand.
