• The candidates should have a Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission/ Institution recognized by AICTE with an MBA having specialization in Marketing. Experience working in ERP etc will be preferred.

Experience:

• The candidates should have a post-qualification experience of at least 20 years’ experience out of which a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the scale of 100000- 260000 (IDA) or its equivalent in the Private Sector (take-home salary excluding PF/Retirement Benefits to be not less than Rs.25 lacs per annum). The incumbent should have a consistent academic record and experience in marketing and technical for 10 years including 5 years in the Textile industry/ Handloom sector.

General Manager (Commercial):

• The candidates must have a Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission or the All India Council for Technical Education.

Desirable:

• The candidates should have a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing AND Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.

Experience:

• The candidates must have a post-qualification experience of at least 18 years of Marketing and Technical experience out of which 5 years of experience on a scale of 90000-240000 (IDA) or its equivalent in a reputed organization of Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU/ Private Sector. The incumbent must have 12 years of experience in marketing and should be well-versed in commercial activities.

DGM (Commercial):

• The candidates should have a Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education.

• Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education.

Desirable:

• The candidates should have a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing AND Working knowledge of computers like MS-Office, Usage of Internet etc. will be preferred.

Experience:

• The candidates should have a post-qualification experience of at least 16 years in Marketing and Technical experience (marketing/production of Yarn – Yarn and marketing/ working experience in a process house – for Dyes and Chemicals) out of which 4 years. experience in the scale of 80000-220000 (IDA) or its equivalent in a reputed organization of Central Govt. / State Govt./ PSU/ Private Sector.
