NHIDCL is looking for qualified candidates for the positions of Executive Director and General Manager. For the mentioned posts, there are 03 openings.

Qualification for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

For General Manager-

• Candidate must have done ICAI/ICWAI/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute or Member of any organized Group- ‘A’ Finance/Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government;

Experience- 

• Candidates must have 14 years’ experience in the Pay Level-10 (pre revised Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 )or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.

For Executive Director-

• Candidates must have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience–

• Candidates must have 17 years’ service in Pay Level-10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) (prerevised) PB-3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis; out of which cumulative experience of 10 years’ in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

Age Limit for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years.

Salary for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023 will get a salary as given below-

Executive Director-

• The chosen applicant will get a monthly salary in Level-14 (Rs. 1,42,200-2,18,200).

General Manager-

• The chosen applicant will get a monthly salary in Level-13 (Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900).

Tenure for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for 03 years which may be extended.

On Contract basis–

• The appointment is for 02 years, which can be extended/ curtailed further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years.

On Deputation basis-

• The appointment is for 03 years, which can be extended further up to the permissible limit, with the approval of the Competent Authority.
