NHIDCL Recruitment 2023: National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Company Secretary and Junior Manager, Principal Private Secretary, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant. In accordance with the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2023, there are 161 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The candidates selected for the mentioned opportunities will get a monthly pay scale from Level-07 (Rs.44900 to Rs.142400) to Level-13 (Rs.123100 to Rs.215900). The candidates applying for the mentioned positions should not exceed the age of 56 years. The educational qualification required for applying for the mentioned opportunities is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The remuneration will be subject to changes in the prevailing rate of DA. Retired Officers who have served in the Government and satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria, may also apply for the mentioned positions on a Contractual basis. The candidates should not attained the age of 62 years.

Experience Required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
General Manager (T/P):
The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 09 years of experience should be in the field of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.
General Manager (Land Acquisition and Coord.):
The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 05 years of experience should be in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.
General Manager (Legal):
The candidates should have at least 14 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 07 years of experience should be in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.
Deputy General Manager (T/P):
The candidates should have at least 09 years of experience in the pay level of 10 out of which 06 years of experience should be in the field of Highways, Roads, Tunnels and Bridges.
Deputy General Manager (Land Acquisition and Coord.):
The candidates should have at least 09 years of experience in Level 10 or equivalent or higher out of which 05 years of experience should be in handling land acquisition and revenue matters.
