The initial tenure of engagement on Contract shall be 02 years, which can be extended/ curtailed further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years.
The initial period of deputation will be 03 years, which can be extended further up to the permissible limit, with the approval of the Competent Authority.
Qualification for NHIDCL Recruitment 2024:

The candidates should have a Degree of a recognized University/Institute;
The candidates should have 14 years’ experience in the Pay Level-10 (pre revised Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-) or equivalent or higher out of which five years experience in Administration/ Establishment /Human Resource /Personnel Management.
Based on the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s age should not be more than 56 years.
Salary for NHIDCL Recruitment 2024:
In accordance with the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs.123100-Rs.215900).
Referring to the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria are given below:
From officers under the Central Government Governments ог or Territories or Public Undertakings or State Union Sector Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government holding:- Bodies
holding analogous post on regular basis in the Pay Level- 13 (pre revised Pay Band-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700/-) in CDA pattern or equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/ department;
The candidate should with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Level-12 (pre revised Pay Band- 3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600/-) in CDA pattern. or equivalent in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/ department.
