Qualification and Experience for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For District Quality Manager-

• The candidate should have an MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Life Science graduate with a Masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management with one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
• The candidate should have experience in Healthcare Quality/formal quality of a quality system would be. Computer proficiency with a high level of familiarity with the Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

Desirable-

• The candidate should be Fluent in English, have computer literacy, and have knowledge of government legislation and policies is essential.
• The candidate should have previous experience working under NHM would have an added advantage.
• The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills and analytical abilities.
• The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• The candidate should have the ability to design, conduct and publish reports.

For Psychologist-

• The candidate should have an M.Phil Clinical Psychology/M. Phil Rehabilitation Psychology and registered with RCI.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 01 year Post qualification experience.
• The candidate should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

For Gender Health Support Center Counselor-

• The candidate should have a Graduate in Social Science or Rural Development or in related disciplines.
• The candidate should have a Minimum of two years of relevant experience working with the Government / NGOs, particularly on gender issues or in the health sector.
• The candidate should have Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

Desirable-

• The candidates should have a Post Graduate in Social Science or Rural Development or a related discipline.
• The candidate should have Proven analytical, documentation and report writing skills.
• The candidate should have Good skills in training and interpersonal and family counseling.
• The candidate should have Computer proficiency, especially in Internet and other software (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• The candidate should have Good communication skills in English and Hindi with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.

For Ayush Medical Officer-

• The candidate should have a degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines from any university/ Institution recognized by the Government.
• The candidate should have Registered with the Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of Medicine in Haryana.
• The candidate should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

For UMO-

• The candidate should have a degree in Unani/ Tibbia from any university/Institution recognized by the Government.
• The candidate should have Registered with the Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of Medicine in Haryana.
• The candidate should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

For HMO-

• The candidate should have a degree in Homeopathy from the institute mentioned in the second and third schedules of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.
• The candidate should have registered with the State /Central Council of Homoeopathy System of Medicine Haryana.

Tenure for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of up to 31 March 2024. The place of posting will be Kaithal District.
