NHSRC Recruitment 2023: The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is inviting online applications from suitable and willing candidates for the post of Senior Consultant in Healthcare Technology and Community Processes and Comprehensive Primary Healthcare. To Apply for NHSRC Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a maximum age of up to 45 years. The candidate must have a B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical Engineering and MD/Ph.D./MPH/MBA (Health Management/ Health Administration)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management degree having a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a devices-related field.

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for NHSRC Recruitment 2023 will hold their position till 31st March 2025. The selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration up to Rs.150000. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. According to the official notification of NHSRC Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidate have to submit their application online through the official website of NHSRC on or before the specified date. In accordance with the official notification of NHSRC Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the vacancy for the post of Senior Consultant under Healthcare Technology and Community Processes and Comprehensive Primary Healthcare.

Age Limit for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit is up to 45 years as on the date of receiving the application to apply for NHSRC Recruitment 2023.

Salary for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for NHSRC Recruitment 2023 will be given a minimum monthly salary of Rs.90000 and a maximum monthly salary of Rs.150000. (Fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience.)

Qualification and Experience for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidate must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to NHSRC Recruitment 2023 as described below-

For Senior Consultant (Healthcare Technology)-

  • The candidate should have a B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a devices-related field.
  • The candidate should have a Postgraduate qualification in Biomedical Engineering is desirable.
  • The candidate should have Experience working with NHM preferably Health Systems will be preferred.
  • The candidate should possess Published work in the area of devices/diagnostics/clinical research/systematic reviews or meta-analysis of published studies/trials on devices/diagnostics.
  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in analytical roles specializing in devices and diagnostics validation/evaluations desirable.
  • The candidate must be Computer proficient with a high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Web surfing to search relevant data and documents.
  • The candidate should have Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • The candidate should have a Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • The candidate should have a Knowledge in Health systems development desirable.
  • The candidate should have the willingness to travel to states and districts to collect technical information and the ability to subsequently synthesize information into research evidence.
  • The candidate should have Formal Educational Qualification could be relaxed for deserving candidates.

For Senior Consultant (Community Processes and Comprehensive Primary Healthcare)-

  • The candidate should possess an MD/PhD/MPH/MBA (Health Management/ Health Administration)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management degree with over 5 years of experience in Public Health/ Community Health and Health Systems, after the post-graduation. Clinical experience is considered desirable but not essential.
  • The candidate should have Experience in undertaking research (both Qualitative and Quantitative), capacity building, and working with health systems in the public health system. Grassroots experience is desirable.

Computer Skills-

  • The candidate should be Proficient in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use the internet for desk research, literature review and other relevant documents.
  • The candidate should have Excellent data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills.
  • The candidate should have a Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and or Hindi.

Desirable-

  • The candidate should have working knowledge of other major regional languages.
  • The candidate should have Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • The candidate should have the ability to carry out a given task with minimal supervision.

Tenure for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of NHSRC Recruitment 2023 the appointment is made on a contractual basis till 31st March 2025 with further extensions of similar duration (subject to satisfactory performance).

Selection Process for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

The selection of NHSRC Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated later for the date, time and venue of the interview.
