NHSRC Recruitment 2023: The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi is recruiting eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Senior Consultant in (Legal) RCH and Monitoring and Evaluation (Aspirational District Unit) on a contract basis. According to the official notification of NHSRC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the aforementioned position is 55 years.

Qualification and Experience for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:
Candidates applying for the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications and experience.
Senior Consultant – (Legal) RCH
Candidate should have a minimum qualification of graduate degree in Law from a reputed University.
Candidate should have a minimum 4-6 years of experience in legal matters out of which 3 years with the government at national or state level and is a must, familiarity with the public health system, and relevant government policies/ strategies, particularly National Health Mission. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in NHM / RCH at National or State level.
Knowledge and experience of handling court matters at the level of High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Familiarity with the public health system, and Government Schemes such as National Health Mission and State Health Societies.
Excellent communication skills, drafting skills and good working knowledge of computers.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi are required and should have computer knowledge in MS Office and other applications.
Strong interpersonal relations, communication and team-work skills.
Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance.
Senior Consultant- Monitoring and Evaluation (Aspirational District Unit)
Candidate should have a postgraduatein any discipline (preferably in Public Health/ Social Science/ MSW/ Statistics).
Candidate should have a atleast 5+ years of work experience in health systems strengthening, program planning or implementation under NHM orHigh Priority Districts (HPDs).
High level of computer proficiency, specifically – familiarity with commonly used Windows, MS Office
software and software packages.
Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
Experience in framing and designing Supportive Supervision tools, collation, compilation and analysis of large data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis using software tools like SPSS, data triangulation, performance, knowledge of public health, State demographics, population etc.
Experience in designing RMNCH+A factsheets.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Willingness to travel to States / UTs and districts to provide technical assistance and ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.
Preference would be given to the candidate having experience of working with Centre / State / UT health department.
