NHSRC Recruitment 2023: National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Lead Consultant and Administrative Assistant on a contract basis. As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 02 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed up to the tenure of 31.03.2025. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 170000. As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Lead Consultant should be below the age of 50 years and the candidates applying for the post of Administrative Assistant should be below the age of 40 years.
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is a technical support institution under the National Health Mission (NHM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHF&W). NHSRC works closely with the MoHF&W and the States for Health Systems strengthening and supporting the implementation of interventions under the NHM. Work at the NHSRC is organized around seven divisions: Community Processes & Comprehensive Primary Care, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, Human Resources for Health, Knowledge Management Division, Public Health Administration, and Quality Patient Safety. Mention below is the qualification required for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:
Lead Consultant
Candidates should have Bachelor’s (B. Tech/B.E.)/ Master’s (M. Tech) degree in Biomedical Engineering with Master’s in Public Health.
Administrative Assistant
Candidates should have a Graduate Degree in any of the following and a Diploma / Degree in secretarial practices is a must from a recognized and renowned institute B.A., B.Com, BBA and B.Sc.
Mention below is the minimum experience required for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:
Lead Consultant
Candidates should have at least 10 years of overall experience post-qualification with a minimum of 7 years of experience in working with government programs at a national level for large-scale public health programs especially health systems strengthening interventions. Experience working in healthcare services or public health would be highly desirable, with deep understanding of public procurement, health technology assessment, designing of RFPs, medical device regulation etc. Experience designing National Programme guidelines and their implementation in States/UTs. Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously and beyond office hours to meet the timelines for assignments.
Administrative Assistant
Candidates should have a minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience as an office secretary/ Administrative Assistant.
Candidates applying for the post of Lead Consultant should be below the age of 50 years and the candidates applying for the post of Administrative Assistant should be below the age of 40 years.

The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 130000 to Rs. 170000.
Administrative Assistant
The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 70000.
Selected candidates will be appointed for tenure up to 31.03.2023 which can be extendable.
