NHSRCL Recruitment 2023: The Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited Applications from Senior Experienced Officers Eligible for Appointment on the Posts of Directors on Deputation Basis in National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL). As per NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, 03 Posts of Director comprising I) Director (Finance); II) Director (Rolling Stock); and III) Director (Electrical and System) have been allocated 01 Vacancy each. Notified Vacancies are to be filled up with Appointments on the Director Posts in the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. The Notified Vacancies for the Posts 1) Director (Finance); 2) Director (Rolling Stock) and 2) Director (Electrical and System) Position will be filled up under Pay Scale Level Rs.1.80-3.40 Lac Per Month.
As per the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, all 03 Director (Deputation/Absorption) Posts are to be filled up for Posting in New Delhi.
Among the Officers Eligible with Willingness for the Director Posts must complete the Application Submission Process routed through Proper Channel via E-Mail Identification in National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited. As notified in the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Willing Eligible Candidates shall terminate on 13th March 2023 (13.03.2023).
As has been notified in the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Intending Officers Eligible with Interest may apply with the submission of individual Applications in Duplicate and Scanned Copies of the Applications to be transmitted via E-mail.
Recruitment on all 03 Director Posts shall be carried out through Personal Interaction/Viva-voce/Personal Interview.
According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 03 Vacancies that will be filled up with Appointments with the Appropriately Suitable Candidate for Director Posts to be stationed in New Delhi.

According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023, Appropriately Suitable Officer to be selected on Director Posts will be issued Appointment in Common Pay Scale applicable to the Posts explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Rs.1.80-3.40 Lac Per Annum (IDA Scale) in case of Appointment on Absorption Basis and Parent Pay Plus Admissible Allowances in case of Appointment on Deputation Basis.
As has been mentioned in the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Common Age Limit in respect of Internal and External Candidates remains as explained hereunder:
Internal: Minimum 03 years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Vacancy till Superannuation.
Others (External): Minimum 05-Years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Vacancy till Superannuation.
According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification specific to the Director Posts are explained hereunder:
01) Director (Finance):
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDGB Finance or with Chartered Accountant is Preferable.
02) Director (Rolling Stock):
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
03) Director (Electrical & System)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.)/Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering
Eligibility Requirements: Open to any serving Government/Ministry of Railway (MoR)/Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)/Metro/Special Project Vehicle (SPV) Executives
Desirable: The Candidate should have Minimum 10-Years’ Experience [at least 05-Years in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) or Equivalent and above] specific to the Post.
Grade: Executives from Public Sector Undertaking/Metros/Special Project Vehicles should be working in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1.20-2.80 Lac (Revised IDA) or Rs. 51300-73000 (Pre-revised IDA) or Higher Grade; Or
The Officers working in Level 14 of the 7th Central Pay Commission or Senior Administrative Grade (with Grade Pay of Rs.10000 in Pay Band 4 of CDA Grade Pre-revised Rs.37400-67000) or Higher Grade.
The Indian Railways constituted Screening Authority will shortlist the Candidates to be called in for Personal Interaction/Interview. Selection on to all 03 Director Posts shall be carried through by way of Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued Appointment for Absorption in Director Posting for appointment in New Delhi.
Overall Deputation Term Engagement Tenures shall remain 05 Years or until Superannuation, whichever being Earlier.
The Candidates should submit the duly completed Applications through E-mail notified in NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification.
A scanned Copy of the Application should be transmitted through E-mail.
Eligible Officials should visit the Indian Railways Website for downloading the Specimen Application Proforma and related Annexures to be filled in for submission.
Duly completed Applications with the desired Annexures enclosed in a Cover super scribed as “Application for the Post Director” in NHSRCL should be dispatched to the Director (Deputation), Railway Board, Room No. 107, Rail Bhawan New Delhi 110 001
