NIA Recruitment 2023: National Investigation Agency (NIA) is looking for eligible and desirous candidates for the post of Technical Forensic Psychologist, Finger Print Expert, Explosive Expert, Cyber Forensic Examiner, Biology Expert, Crime Scene Assistant and Photographer. As per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, there are 24 vacancies available for the mentioned positions. The selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale from Level-06 (Rs.35400 to 112400) to Level-10 (Rs.56100 to 177500). The required educational qualification is different for each post. Candidates must have relevant years of experience in their respective fields. The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India due to administrative requirements. The appointment will be on a deputation/ absorption basis.
As per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, interested and desirous applicants can apply offline by filling out the application form available on the official website of NIA and submitting it through a proper channel to the address mentioned below . According to the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the required educational qualification is different for each position:
For Technical Forensic Psychologists-The candidates should have a Master’s degree in Criminology or Clinical Psychology regular course from a recognized University.
For Finger Print, Expert-The candidates should have M.Sc. Degree in any Science subject or M.Sc. in Forensic Science or B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
For Explosive Expert- The candidates should have a Master’s degree in Chemistry or M.Sc. in Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at B.Sc. Level from a recognized University.
For Cyber Forensic Examiner-The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Master’s Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science or Information Technology or Master of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University.
For Biology Expert-The candidates should have M.Sc. Degree in Human Biology/ Microbiology/ Zoology/ Anthropology (Physical)/ Botany or M.Sc. in Forensic Science with Biology/ Zoology as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized University.

As per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the essential experience is different for each post mentioned below:
For Technical Forensic Psychologists: The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in applied Psychology or Criminology/ Crime Investigation.
For Finger Print Expert: The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in a laboratory in the development and identification of Fingerprints.
For Explosive Expert: The candidates should have at least 05 years of experience in the examination of explosives and firearms.
For Cyber Forensic Examiner: The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in digital investigation/ computer forensics and cyber security work in Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Statutory or Autonomous organisations/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Universities/ recognized research institutions/ private sector inter alia including organisations duly listed on the stock exchange.
