Section Officer/ Office Superintendent

Candidates should be Officers under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ department or With five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pots in level-6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and candidates should have Bachelors Degree from a recognized University; and Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, slide generation to be certified by cadre controlling authority.

Assistant

Candidates should be Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territories holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, and candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and Passed computer proficiency test as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission.

Accountant

Candidates should be Officers under the Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ department or With six years’ service in the grade on a regular basis in posts in level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and Pass in the Subordinate Accounts Service (SAS) examination conducted by an organized Accounts Department or the Central Government, OR Who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent course and possessing two years’ experience of cash accounts and budget work.

Stenographer Grade-I

Candidates should be Officers of the Stenographer’s cadre under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-5 (Rs. 29200- 92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or with ten years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, and candidates should have Graduate Degree from a recognized University and possessing computer proficiency.

Salary for NIA Recruitment 2023:

As per the NIA Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Section Officer/Office Superintendent will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400). The selected candidates for the post of Assistant, Accountant and Stenographer Grade-I will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 6 (Rs 35400 112400) and the selected candidates for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) will get a monthly salary on pay scale level 4 (Rs 25500-81100).

Tenure for NIA Recruitment 2023:

As per the NIA Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. The other terms and conditions of deputation will be governed as laid down in the Govt. of India, DoP&T OM No. 6/08/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time.
