NIA Recruitment 2023: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is recruiting candidates for Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP) and Deputy Superintendent (Dy. SP) on a Deputation/Absorption basis for a tenure period of 03 years. As mentioned in the Official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with 03 to 05 years of experience in the relevant field. According to the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, candidates will be placed around India.

Eligibility for NIA Recruitment 2023:

In line with the official NIA Recruitment 2023 notification, the candidate should have the following eligibility.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP)

  • Officers of the Central Government or the State – Government or the Union Territories:-
  1. Candidate should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department: or
  2. Applicant with 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the PB-3 (Rs 15,600-39,100) with GP Rs 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

Deputy Superintendent (Dy. SP)

  • Officers of the Central Government the State Government or the Union Territories:-
  1. Candidate should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department: or
  2. Candidate with 2 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in a post in the Pay Band-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department: or
  3. Candidate with 3 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in the Pay Band-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

Qualification and Experience for NIA Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the NIA Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications and experience.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. SP)

  • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Aspirants must have at least 5 years of experience in handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work including counter-terrorism operations or imparting training in counter-terrorism.

Deputy Superintendent (Dy. SP)

  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Aspirants must have at least 3 years experience in handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work including counter-terrorism operations or imparting training in counter-terrorism.
