NIACL Recruitment 2023: The New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) is accepting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Automobile Engineer, Risk Engineer, Accounts, Legal, Health, IT and Generalists on a probation period. As per the official notification of NIACL Recruitment 2023, the hiring will be made for 450 vacant seats for New India Assurance Building, 87, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai office. The number of openings is provisional and subject to change based on the criteria for selection. Candidates will be on probation for one year from the date of recruitment, which can be extended twice by additional six months. Candidates selected for the position will get a Basic pay of Rs.50,925, plus any additional allowed perks. The Gross emoluments will be approximately Rs.80,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. The age range of eligible candidates should be between 21 to 30 years. Relaxation in age will be determined based on government guidelines.

The candidates should have a Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) together with Diploma (at least one-year duration) in Automobile Engineering.
For Legal Officers
Applicants should possess Graduate/Post-graduate in Law with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
