Salary for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as indicated below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Senior Adviser will be given a monthly salary on Level 15 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.182200-Rs.224100).
• The selected candidates for the post of Adviser will be given a monthly salary on Level 14 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.144200-Rs.218200).

Qualification for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024:

Candidates who have a Master’s degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Passed in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years) are eligible to apply for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a Doctorate in any discipline or a Master’s Degree in Agriculture related areas.

Eligibility Criteria for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024:

The required eligibility criteria to apply for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024 are mentioned below-

Officers working in the Central Government / State government/ Union Territories (including their attached and subordinate offices) / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Non-Government bodies–

Senior Adviser-Level 15-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• With three years of regular service in Level-14 in Pay Matrix or Pre-Revised Pay Band 4, Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.10000 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. And

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 18 years experience (which shall include upto 3 years for Ph.D. provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years) in formulation, appraisal, execution/ implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects.

For Adviser- Level 14-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
• With two years of regular service in posts in Level-13 A in Pay Matrix or Pre-Revised Pay Band 4- Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8900 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. OR
• With three years of regular service in posts in Level – 13 in Pay Matrix or Pre-Revised Pay Band 4- Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 15 years experience (which shall include up to 3 years for a Ph.D. provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years) in formulation, appraisal, execution/ implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects. Preference would be given to the candidates having experience in the area of Agriculture policies or related fields.

Tenure for NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of NITI Aayog Recruitment 2024, the appointment is made on a deputation basis (including short-term contract) including a period of deputation (including short-term contract)in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government will ordinarily not exceed five years.
