NMDC Recruitment 2023: NMDC Limited, Baladaron Ore Mine Kirandul Complex has recently released a notification regarding walk-in interviews for Graduate Apprentices, Technician (Diploma) Apprentices, and Trade Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. The eligible candidates who possess the required qualification can participate in the walk-in interviews. As per NMDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the interviews are being organized to select candidates for apprenticeship training in different trades, such as Electrician, Machinist, Fitter, Welder, Mechanic Diesel, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, COPA, Electrical Engg, Mechanical Engg, Mining Engg, Radiography, and Pharmaceutical Science.
The candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations in or after May 2020 are eligible to undergo the apprenticeship training. As per NMDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the minimum age required for undergoing the apprenticeship training is 18 years, and the maximum age is 30 years as on 31st March 2023. The selection of SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per the quota fixed by the Government under the Apprentices Act of 1961. The period of apprenticeship training will be one year, and the scheme does not guarantee any employment on completion of the training.
The walk-in interviews will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at Bata Club and Training Institute, B.IO.M. Kirandul Complex, Kirandul, Dist-Dantewada (CG)-494556. The candidates appearing for the interview should reach the site before 1:00 PM to register themselves. The candidates shall bring their biodata along with passport-size photographs and request for proof of date of birth, qualifications, and caste in original for verification and submit one copy each for submission. The accommodation and spending will be per the Apprenticeship Act of 1961.

To be eligible for the Apprenticeship Training offered by NMDC Limited, Baladaron Ore Mine Kirandul Complex, candidates must meet the following criteria:
As per NMDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, it is essential for candidates to note that suppression of facts during the selection process will lead to disqualification at any stage. Moreover, the Apprenticeship Training scheme does not guarantee any employment after completion of the training. The period of apprenticeship training will be for one year. Selected candidates will be required to submit their original documents for verification and undergo a medical examination before starting the training.
As per NMDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, to apply for the apprenticeship training at Bailadila Iron Ore Mine Kirandal Complex, candidates must appear for a walk-in-interview which will be conducted at Bala Club and Training Institute, Kirandul, Dist.-Dantewada (CG) 49455E. The interview will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and candidates must reach the interview site before 01:00 PM to register themselves for the interview. Candidates appearing for the interview shall not be reimbursed any TADA.
Candidates must bring their Bio-data along with Passport Size Photographs and required certificates such as the 10 Pass Certificate, Qualifications, and Caste Certificate in original for verification, and self-certified copy each for submission before the interview. Candidates interested in appearing for the walk-in-interview of Trade Apprentices must register themselves on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal, while candidates interested in appearing for the walk-in-interview of Graduate Apprentices and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices must register themselves on www.mhrdnats.gov.in portal.
It is important for candidates to note that Bailadila Iron Ore Mine Kirandal Complex does not guarantee any employment after completion of apprenticeship training, and the stipend will be paid as per Apprenticeship Act 1961. Accommodation and food arrangements during the apprenticeship training period must be done by the apprentice trainee themselves. Finally, all candidates appearing for the walk-in interview must follow the COVID-19 guidelines and protocols as per CG Government rules and regulations at that time.
