NML Recruitment 2023: NTPC Mining Limited (NML) is hiring suitable and acceptable candidates for the positions of Mining Overman, Magazine Incharge, Mechanical Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Vocational Training Instructor, Junior Mine Surveyor and Mining Sirdar. In accordance with the official notification of NML Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s maximum age limits must be between 30 to 40 years.
As informed in the official notification NML Recruitment 2023, there are 114 vacancies available for the aforementioned posts. The candidates will be chosen based on a written test and a skill test. A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300 is needed for all qualified candidates in the General/EWS/OBC categories. The chosen candidates for the mentioned positions will get a monthly salary of upto Rs.50000. Posts Name and Vacancies for NTPC Recruitment 2023:
Referring to the official notification of NTPC Recruitment 2023, the eligible and qualified applicants are invited for the posts of Mining Overman, Magazine Incharge, Mechanical Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Vocational Training Instructor, Junior Mine Surveyor and Mining Sirdar. There are a total of 114 seats available for the mentioned positions.
According to the official notification of NTPC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s age limits are given below:
The maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 30 years old (except for the post of Vocational Training Instructor).
The upper age limit for Vocational Training Instructors should be 40 years.
Qualification for NTPC Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of NTPC Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications for the given post are mentioned below: For Electrical Supervisor-
The applicants must have a full-time regular Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an institute of repute with a minimum of 60% (for SC/minimum marks in academic qualification shall be pass marks) and have a valid Electrical Supervisor certificate of competency covering mining installations issued by the appropriate government.
For Vocational Training Instructor-
The applicants must have a Diploma in Mining/Electrical/Mechanical from an institute recognized by the Central Government with a minimum of 60% (for SC, minimum marks in academic qualification shall be pass marks) and a valid Overman / Foreman certificate of competency from DGMS (restricted or unrestricted). Valid first aid certificate issued by institutes recognized by DGMS. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in mines and not less than 30 years of age.
For Junior Mine Surveyor-
The applicants must have a Full-time regular Diploma in Mine Survey / Diploma in Mining Engineering / Diploma in Mining and mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil from an Institute of repute with a minimum of 60% (For SC/ ST – minimum marks in academic qualification shall be pass marks) with Survey Certificate issued by DGMS.

Based on the official notification of NTPC Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidate belonging to General/EWS/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300. The SC/ST/XSM category and those who belong to other categories are exempt from fee payment. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The mode of payment is mentioned below:
Payment in offline mode-
State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the application fee, in a specially opened account (A/c No. 30987919993) at the CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. The candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application portal.
Payment in Online mode-
Candidates have the option to pay the fees online through Net banking / Debit Card (Rupay Debit Cards Only) / Credit Card). The online payment option will be available in the online application form.
Selection Process for NTPC Recruitment 2023:
As informed in the official notification NTPC Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s selection will be based on a written test and a skill test.
Written Test-
A written test with a maximum score of 100 marks that consists of multiple-choice questions covering pertinent discipline and subject matter will be administered as the first step. The test will last for a maximum of 120 minutes.
Skill/Competency Test-
A 100-mark skill/competency test in the relevant field will be administered. For applicants in the General/EWS category, the qualifying score is 40%; for those in the SC/ST/OBC category, it is 30%.
The 1st and 2nd Stage Tests shall be conducted at Test Centres in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The address of the venue will be notified through the admit card.
According to the official notification of NML Recruitment 2023, willing and desirous applicants must apply online through the NTPC’s official website on or before the last date. Other methods of application will not be approved.
