NRIDA Recruitment 2023: National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the positions of Director (Project/Technical), Joint Director (Project/Technical) and Deputy Director (Finance and Administration). The selected candidate for NRIDA Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary of up to level 14. There are 11 openings for the mentioned post. On Deputation Basis- The maximum age limit is 58 years.
On Contract Basis- The maximum age limit is 62 years.
For Joint Director-
On Deputation Basis- The minimum age limit is 30 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years.
On Contract Basis- The maximum age limit is 62 years.
For Deputy Director-
On Deputation Basis- The minimum age limit is 30 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years.
Eligibility Criteria for NRIDA Recruitment 2023:
The given below is the eligibility criteria for NRIDA Recruitment 2023.
For Director (Project/Technical) on a deputation basis –
Candidates should hold regular posts in scale(s) as per the criteria given below in Central/State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies-
Analogous post in Level 14 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 10,000 Grade Pay). OR
Post of Chief Engineer or equivalent in Level 13A as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8,900) Or Associate Professor of Indian Universities/ Institutes in Academic Level 13A in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix(pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Academic Grade Pay Rs.9,000) with minimum two years regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 13 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8700) with a minimum of 4 years regular service in the grade.
For Director (Project/Technical) on Contract Basis-
Candidate should have retired from Central/State Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies at the level of CE or retired as SE with a minimum of 4 years of service.
For Joint Director (Project/Technical) on a deputation basis –
Candidates should hold regular posts in scale(s) as per the criteria given below in Central/State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies-
Analogous post in Level 13A of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 8,900 Grade Pay). OR
Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 12 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600) with a minimum of 4 years of regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 12 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600) with minimum 4 years of regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Executive Engineer (EE) or equivalent in Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600) with a minimum of 7 years of regular service in the grade.
For Joint Director (Project/Technical) on a contract basis-
Candidates retired in scale (s) as per the criteria given below in Central/State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies-
In Level 13A of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 8,900 Grade Pay). OR
Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 13 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs.8700) with minimum 2 years of regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 12 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revisedPay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600) with a minimum of 4 years of regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Executive Engineer (EE) or equivalent in Level 11 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revisedPay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600) with a minimum of 7 years of regular service in the grade.
For Deputy Director (Finance and Administration)-
Candidates should hold regular posts in scale(s) as per the criteria given below in Central/State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies-
Analogous post in Level 12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band- 3 with Rs 7,600 Grade Pay). OR
Post of Under Secretary or equivalent in Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs.6600) with a minimum of 3 years of regular service in the grade. OR
Post of Assistant Director or equivalent in Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400) with a minimum of 5 years of regular service in the grade.
Candidates must have the given below Qualification to apply for NRIDA Recruitment 2023.
For Director (Project/Technical)-
The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/ University. The person holding a Doctorate or a Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree with a specialization in the related areas of Civil Engineering works in road construction will be preferred.
For Joint Director (Project/Technical)-
Candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University. Persons holding a postgraduate degree or above in Highways Engineering/Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with specialization in the related areas of Civil Engineering works in road construction will be preferred.
For Deputy Director (Finance and Administration)-
Candidate should have a Graduate preferably a Post Graduate in Humanities/ Commerce/ Business Administration.
The chosen applicant for NRIDA Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary as given below-
Director- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 14 of the pay matrix.
Joint Director- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 13 A of the pay matrix.
Deputy Director- The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 12 of the pay matrix.
