As per the official notification of NTPC Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the mentioned position should have at least 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training/ trainee period, if any) in respective areas of Power Sector, out of which minimum 5 years of executive experience in erection and commissioning of systems related to Mechanical/ Electrical/ C and I/ Civil.
The candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of postqualification experience in the executive cadre of a reputable government/public sector undertaking or private company, including any training or trainee period that may have occurred. Of those years, at least 02 years must have been spent in a post and scale of Rs. 60000-180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or an equivalent level/ post role. The applicant from the private sector must additionally submit form 16 pertaining to their income tax return from their prior employer for the fiscal years 22–23.
