NUJS Recruitment 2023: National University of Juridical Scienced (NUJS) is hiring qualified candidates to fill up vacancies for the posts of Professor in Forensic Science, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Faculty Cum Systen Analyst, Academic Fellow, Research Fellow, Adjunct Faculty and Guest Faculty. According to the official notification of NUJS recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 5 years. In accordance with the official notification of NUJS recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 144200.
As mentioned in the official notification of NUJS recruitment 2023, there are a total of 24 vacancies for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of NUJS recruitment 2023, the tenure is given below-
For Professor in Forensic Science, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 5 years.
For Faculty Cum Systen Analyst, Academic Fellow, Research Fellow, Adjunct Faculty and Guest Faculty- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 1 years.
As mentioned in the official notification of NUJS recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 144200.
Professor in Forensic Science- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 144200.
Associate Professor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 131400.
Assistant Professor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 57700.
Faculty Cum Systen Analyst- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 57700
Academic Fellow- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 56100.
Research Fellow- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 50000.
Adjunct Faculty- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 31000.
Guest Faculty- The honorarium for Rs. 3000 per hour class.
Candidates applying for NUJS Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Professor in Forensic Science- An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in Appendix 1 OR A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at equivalent level at the University National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate. OR An outstanding professional, having a Ph.D. degree the relevant /applied UPC from any academic institutions (not included above) / industry, who has made significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years’ experience.
For Associate Professor- A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Law or M.Tech. (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching/ or research an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry with a minimum of seven publications as research papers in journals ranked by Scopus / Web of Science / UGC-CARE list/ Referred Journal and a total research score of Seventy-five (75) as per the criteria given in Annexure -1. University will also consider quality research publication.
For Faculty Cum Systen Analyst- Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Computer Application/ Engineering/Computer Science of a recognized University or equivalent.
For Research Fellow- LL.M with 55% marks or M.Sc. Lay Degree with 55% marks in Forensic Sci Science or allied subjects.
For Guest Faculty- Masters’ Degree in Law 55% with Law minimum 03 yrs teaching experience Scie OR M.Sc in Forensic Science or Allied Areas like Physics, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Computer Science and Computer Application.
