As per the official notification of NUJS Recruitment 2023, the qualified and eligible candidates are invited for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various law specializations. There are a total of 16 vacancies available for the mentioned position.

Qualification for NUJS Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NUJS Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s educational qualifications are mentioned below:

For Professor-

• Candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in UGC CARE/SCOPUS listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria prescribed by the UGC.
• Candidate should have a minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level at the University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidates. OR
• An outstanding professional, having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied disciplines, from any academic institution (not included in A above) / industry, who has made a significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years teaching experience.

For Associate Professor-

• A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines with relevance to the post advertised along with teaching experience and who has made a significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned area of specialized subject with relevance to the post.
• A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
• A minimum of eight years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of an Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry- with a minimum of seven publications in UGC CARE/SCOPUS listed journals and a total research score of Seventy-five (75) as per the criteria prescribed by UGC.

Application Fee for NUJS Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NUJS Recruitment 2023, as an application fee, aspirants must pay Rs.2000 and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs.1500. Payment will be made online using SBI collect.

Salary for NUJS Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NUJS Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary upto Rs.144200.

Selection Procedure for NUJS Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NUJS Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s selection will be based on interviews. No TA/DA for attending the interview would be provided. The candidate should have to produce all relevant documents at the time of the interview and at the time of joining.
