Essential Qualifications and Experience for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for OHPC Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the following essential qualifications for the post:

For Junior Manager (Electrical):

• The candidates should have a matriculation with ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Lineman Trade and 10  years of experience in NE-4 grade and above, plus a Supervisor Certificate of Competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in electrical engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

For Junior Manager (Mechanical):

• The candidates should have a Matric with ITI in Fitter trade and 10 (ten) years of experience in NE-4 grade and above, plus a Supervisor certificate of competency from the NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 Years of experience in NE-4 grade and above

For Junior Manager (Finance):

• The candidates should have matriculated with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with a P.G. degree or diploma in commerce with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have CA (Inter) or ICWAI (Inter) with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

For Junior Manager (HR):

• The candidates should have an HSC with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• The candidates should have graduated with a one-year P.G. Diploma in HRM, Personnel Management or Labour Laws from any university or recognised institute (AICTC) with 8 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

Salary for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

As indicated in the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for the post will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 44900–Rs. 142400.

Selection procedure for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the selection of the candidates will be based on written test and an interview. The written test will be conducted through a computer-based test (CBT) at Bhubaneswar. The CBT will have 100 marks, and the duration of the CBT will be 2 hours. Out of 100 questions, 80 will be from subject knowledge in the respective trade or discipline, and 20 will be from general awareness of hydropower plants and the core business activities of OHPC. There will be a negative mark of 0.20 for each wrong answer. The date and venue of the personal interview will be intimated later on.
