Oil India Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL) is hiring eligible candidates purely on a contractual basis for immediate engagement at Field Headquarters, Duliajan. As per the Oil India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the engagement will be made for 69 vacancies. The contractual engagement may include working in shifts with challenging and hazardous duties in remote/distant OIL installations in the production and development zones, as well as on an “On-Call” duty basis. The maximum age limit of interested and eligible candidates should not be above 40 years from all post categories. The appointed individuals will be paid a fixed monthly salary for different positions starting from Rs.16,640 and Rs.19,500. The initial length of the contractual engagement will be for 06 (six) months, which is extendable by another tenure of 06 (six) months subject to departmental requirements, resident performance and behaviour, medical fitness, and so on.
As per the Oil India Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum contractual employment length shall be one year. Following the inspection of the given documents, candidates will be chosen for the aforementioned positions based on the results of a scheduled walk-in practical/skill test or personal assessment. Candidates are responsible for making all necessary arrangements, such as travel, lodging, and other expenses, in order to attend the walk-in practical/skill test or personal assessments. There will be no TA/DA given to any applicants. The selection of the candidates will be conditional upon completion of all pre-engagement requirements, including verification of all needed documents, certificates, and testimonials, submission of the relevant paperwork, and the production of a medical fitness certificate, etc.

As per the Oil India Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have the following eligibilities.
For Contractual Electrical Supervisor
Candidates should have passed Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board with 03 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from Government recognized Polytechnic.
For Contractual Assistant Rig Electrician
Applicants should have passed Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board with 02 (two) years of courses in Electrician Trade from the Government Recognized Institute.
For Contractual Assistant Fitter
Candidates must have passed Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board with minimum 02 (Two) years post-qualification work experience in the maintenance of Centrifugal pump sets/Iron Removal (IR) filters/Fabrication of pipeline jobs/Water Supply set up/ maintenance of mechanical workshop setup.
