Oil Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Domain Expert, Drilling Engineer and Contractual Post Graduate/Graduate Teacher. In accordance with the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Domain Expert is 63 years, for Drilling Engineer is 40 years and for Teacher is 45 years. According to the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 80000. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email. As given in the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractaul basis.

As mentioned in the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the tenure is given below-
Domain Expert- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 2 years.
Drilling Engineer- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 01 (One) year, extendable by another 01 (One) year subject to a maximum period of 02 (Two) years.
Contractual Post Graduate/Graduate Teacher- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 06 (Six) months, extendable by 03 (Three) tenures of 06 (Six) months each, up to a maximum period of 02 (Two) years only.
In accordance with the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below
For Domain Expert- The maximum age limit is 63 years.
For Drilling Engineer- The minimum age limit is 24 years and the maximum is 40 years.
For Teacher- The minimum age limit is 22 years and the maximum is 45 years.
As mentioned in the official notification of OIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary as given bel0w-
For Domain Expert-
For Drilling Engineer- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 80000.
For Contractual Post Graduate Teacher- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 19500.
For Contractual Graduate Teacher- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 16500.
Candidates applying for Oil Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Domain Expert- Retired Officers having minimum 30 years of experience in the Mines, Mineral or Hydrocarbon Sector are eligible to apply.
For Drilling Engineer-
Bachelors in Engineering of 4 (four) years duration or Post Graduation in Petroleum Exploration/Technology of 2 (two) years duration from a Govt. recognized institute.
Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 3 years in Drilling / Workover rigs as Driller / Shift Incharge / Tool pusher.
Must possess a valid Well Control Certificate (IWCF)/ Well Cap certificate (Level –III)
For Contractual Post Graduate Teacher-
Must have passed Master’s degree in English with minimum 50% marks from a Government Recognized University/Institute.
Must have passed with Major in English in Graduation from a Government Recognized University / Institute with minimum 50% marks.
Must have passed B. Ed from Government Recognized University /Institute.
For Contractual Graduate Teacher-
Must have passed Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from Government Recognized University / Institute. Must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects in bachelor’s degree.
Must have passed B. Ed from Government Recognized University /Institute.

For Drilling Engineer- Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview will be of 100 makrs.

For Drilling Engineer- Eligible candidates can appear for a walk-in interview on 06.07.23 at Employee Welfare Office, Nehru Maidan, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam between 7 am to 9 am along with a duly filled-in application form given in the official notification and relevant documents.
For Teacher- Candidates can appear for a walk-in interview along with duly filled-in application form and relevant documents.
