Qualification for OIL Recruitment 2024: 

The Qualification required to apply for OIL Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Pharmacist–

• Candidates must have Passed 10+2 in science stream from a Government recognized Board/University.
• Candidates must have passed 02 (two) years Diploma Course in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
• Candidates must have registered with Assam Pharmacy Council and must possess valid professional Pharmacist License.
• Candidates must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Pharmacist.

Paramedical Hospital Technician-

• Candidates must have Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
• Candidates must have Diploma in OT Technology (02- year course) from a government recognized Institute/Medical College.
• Candidates must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.

OR

• Candidates must have Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
• Candidates must have Diploma in Emergency and First Aid Technology (02-year course) from a government recognized Institute.
• Candidates must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.

OR

• Candidates must have Passed 10+2 in science stream from a government recognized Board/University.
• Candidates must have Diploma in ICU Technology (02- year course) from a government recognized Institute/Medical College.
• Candidates must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience.

Salary for OIL Recruitment 2024: 

The salary offered to the selected candidates for OIL Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For Paramedical Hospital Technician-

• Fixed emolument- Rs. 16,640.00
• Variable emolument- Rs. 640.00

For Pharmacist- 

• Fixed emolument- Rs. 19,500.00
• Variable emolument- Rs. 750.00

Tenure for OIL Recruitment 2024: 

According to the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for 06 months only. Further, the period of above contractual engagement may be extendable after requisite interval for 03 (three) subsequent tenures of 06 (Six) months each depending on the departmental requirement, job performance, Physical fitness etc., as applicable. The total period of above contractual engagement will be maximum 24 (Twenty-four) months only.
