OLX  Hiring Graduates, Postgraduates for Executive, Sr. Executive Post

Overview:

OLX is hiring an experienced Executive/Sr. Executive Finance at their Gurugram location. You will have the responsibility for vendor management, invoice processing, command over tally / ERP and indirect taxes (GST).

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Aligning with business heads and have an end-to-end P & L and cost ownership for the business unit (BU)

Should act as the point of contact on finance-related queries for the BU

Defining financial & operational controls in business

Spearheading new initiatives from the finance point of view

Prepare & Drive Annual Operating Plans for the BU

Tracking business performance w.r.t AOP and overall strategic vision

Will be part of closing the monthly numbers of the BU

Prepare and Present business performance dashboard, Management reporting and corporate reporting

Coordinating with several teams and providing closure to data inaccuracies

Ensuring timely posting correct entries in tally

Knowledge of vendor payments via bank, TDS deduction, GST checking, invoice processing

Vendor management, closing vendor / team queries for refund, payments or tax issues

Bank reconciliation, fund transfer, payment processing.

Qualifications for this Job:

Sharp aptitude and excellent numerical acumen;

Ability to sift through large volumes of data.

Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

Graduate / PG with 3-4 years of experience.
