ONGC Recruitment 2022: Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is inviting retired candidates from the Central workshop in Sivasagar, Assam. In Electrical & Mechanical disciplines for the post of Junior Consultants on a contractual basis. The maximum age limit for this post would be  65 years.

The last date for the receipt of the application is 24 July 2022. Engaged personnel shall be required to work in any of the following shops: Heavy equipment repair Shop, Fabrication Shop, Electrical Shop & Electrical Maintenance, Tubular Repair shop in CWS, and Assam Asset.

Required Experience:

Retired ONGC executive at E1 to E3 level with at least 15 years of experience in Central Workshop, Sivasagar, Assam.

Remuneration:

Total remuneration Rs. 40,000/-. (Inclusive all taxes) + Rs. 2000/- for communication facilities against the submission of invoices.

Engagement Period:

01 year on Contract basis. Engagement on contract will be subjected to medical fitness by ONGC Medical Authority.

Roles and Responsibilities of  ONGC Recruitment 2022:

• The Junior Consultant shall be responsible for complete supervision & guidance in all activities associated with Capital & Specific repair of oil field equipment.
• A thorough supervision of all operations in the shop, in safe working order following prevailing QHSE policies of ONGC.
• Inspection ,supervision & knowledge sharing in shop for various day to day activities, smooth execution of works in co-ordination with Operation Manager/ Shop In charges.
• Maintaining daily activity report and submit the same to Operation Manager / Shop In
  charges

Terms & Conditions for ONGC Recruitment 2022:

• He/She will not be eligible for any other Benefits/Allowance/ Facilities/Incentives etc. as admissible to regular employee of the Corporation.
• Engaged personnel shall be required to work in any of the following shops: Heavy equipment repair Shop , Fabrication Shop, Electrical Shop & Electrical Maintenance, Tubular Repair shop in CWS, Assam Asset.
• Selected candidates have to perform their duty in General shift (7.30 to 16.30).
• Duty pattern may also change at the discretion of the management.
• He/She shall be eligible for one day paid leave for every completed month of duty.
• He/She shall also be entitled for ONGC general closed holidays.
