The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of one year, which can be extended for another year based on performance and approval from the Asset Manager. The candidates must be retired ONGC personnel at E1 to E3 level with a minimum of five years of experience of working in MM Department/Stores. As per ONGC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the minimum qualification required for this position is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and the age limit is within 65 years as on the date of advertisement. As per ONGC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the compensation package for the post of Junior Consultant in ONGC Mehsana Asset is Rs 40,000 per month, inclusive of GST. The monthly honorarium is Rs 27,000, and additional reimbursements include conveyance reimbursement of Rs 6500.00 pm, reimbursement for office at residence of Rs 6500.00 pm, and reimbursement for communication facility of Rs 2000.00 pm.
The roles and responsibilities of the Junior Consultant during deployment in ONGC Mehsana will be to supervise the activities of stockholders, inventory management, and infrastructural development of the warehouse. The intrested candidates will be required to submit a duly filled application form along with photocopies of the requisite documents enlisted in the application form within ten days from the starting date of advertisement i.e 15 March 2023 to the Office of CGM (MM), Incharge Material Management Department, ONGC Central Stores, Near ONGC KDM Bhavan, Palavasana, Mehsana – 384003. The date, venue, and reporting time for the written test and interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. It is important to note that engagement is purely on a contract basis, and no claim for regularization in ONGC will be entertained by virtue of this contractual engagement. The candidates should be in good health condition and medically fit to perform their duties with adequate knowledge of local and English languages.
