Eligibility for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the OPSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Willing and Eligible Candidates should have gained the following Qualifications:

Educational Qualification with Desirable Skills: Post Graduation/Master’s Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Statistics/Applied Statistics from any Duly Recognized University/Institute.

Other Essential Minimum Qualifications:

The Candidate must

i) be able to read, write and speak Odia Dialect; and

ii) have passed Middle School with Odia as a Language Subject; or

iii) have passed High School Certificate (Matriculate) Examination with Odia as a Medium of Examination in Non-Language Subject; or

iv) have passed in Odia as a Language Subject in the Final Examination of Class VII from any School or Education Institution duly recognized by the Central Government or the Government of Odisha;

v) have passed a Test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department (SMED).

Selection Process under OPSC Recruitment 2023:

Selection on the Assistant Director Post shall be carried out on the basis of a Competitive Written Test for Maximum 800 Marks followed by a Viva-voce/Personal Interview for 100 Marks.   The Odisha Public Service Commission shall draw up a Common Merit List by taking into account the Candidates’ Marks in the Written Examination notified in the OPSC Recruitment 2023.

Examination Fee for OPSC Recruitment 2023:
