OPSC Recruitment 2023: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is seeking applications from willing and qualified candidates for the post of Medical Officers in Group-A (Junior Branch) of Odisha Medical and Health Services Cadre under the Health and Family Welfare Department. As per the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.56100 in Level-12, Cell-1 of the pay matrix as per the ORSP with usual dearness and other allowances as may be sanctioned by the government of Odisha from time to time. The minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 38 years to apply for the given post. There are 7200+ bumper openings to be filled for the mentioned post.
As stated in the official notification of OPSC Recruitment 2023, candidates should have an M.B.B.S. or equivalent Degree from a Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. The candidates will be chosen based on a written test. The written exam will be worth 200 points. The written exam will last three hours. There will be no repercussions for incorrect answers. The curriculum would be based on the Medical Council of India (MCI) syllabus for M.B.B.S.
